Contact
For anything not covered below — bugs, billing issues, feature requests, or anything else — email us directly at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Managing your subscription
Brute subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID, not through us directly. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Brute and manage your plan from there
Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period — your access continues until the period you already paid for ends.
Requesting a refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not by us. You can request one directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Notifications not showing up?
Make sure notifications are allowed for Brute under Settings → Notifications → Brute, and check that you've set a reminder schedule inside the App's settings tab.
Widget not updating?
iOS controls exactly when widgets refresh in the background, so timing can vary slightly from what you've set. Removing and re-adding the widget usually resolves anything stuck.
Deleting your data
Since Brute doesn't require an account, uninstalling the App removes your locally stored data (favorites, custom quotes, preferences) from your device. If you'd also like any data we hold on our end deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
